Dearest Lovely Readers,
You might be wondering what this is all about. Don’t worry, I’m here to explain! When I first started Moments2Messages, my goal was simple: I wanted to create audios and videos that shared encouraging messages for people going through life—just like me. I quickly realized that every moment has the power to teach us something, and that’s how the name Moments2Messages came to be.
After sharing those videos, I found myself wanting to connect with you all on a deeper level. That’s when the idea of writing these letters came to mind. I wanted to give you more insight into my personal stories and the experiences that inspire each message. So, here we are—my very first letter! I hope you enjoy the read.
Oh, and before I dive into today’s story, if you haven’t already watched my video “You’ve Got This!” on YouTube, go check it out and don’t forget to subscribe. Click here to watch it now!
So, what’s the backstory behind “You’ve Got This!”?
First off, I have to give a shoutout to my husband, who is pretty much my personal cheerleader (minus the pom-poms, unfortunately). He’s always there, pushing me to take bigger, bolder steps. And then there’s my family and friends—they’re like my very own pep squad, constantly cheering me on. It’s like having a team of motivational speakers on speed dial! I’m truly blessed to have them.
But here’s what I’ve realized: no matter how amazing it is to have people cheering you on, sometimes you have to be your own hype person. Because even if everyone around you says, “You’ve got this!”, if you don’t believe it yourself, it’s like trying to run a marathon while binge-watching Netflix. Spoiler alert: it doesn’t really work out!
And let’s be honest—have you ever had someone say to you, “Hey, you’d be amazing at this!” and your first thought is, “Wait… me? Are you sure? Because I’m pretty sure I’d trip over my own feet trying to pull that off.” I know I have! It’s funny, right? Sometimes the people around us see potential that we’re completely blind to. Maybe they’ve got superpowers or x-ray vision—who knows?
That’s why believing in yourself is so important. Don’t wait for others to cheer you on—be your own biggest fan! And when you do that, trust me, you’ll be unstoppable.
So that’s the heart of my new audio, “You’ve Got This!” It’s all about believing in yourself, pushing through, and realizing that you’ve always had what it takes to succeed.
Now, go out there and be awesome—because, spoiler alert, you already are.
Sending all the good vibes your way,
XOXO
